Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to every country.
When will my order arrive?
7-10 business days in the United States. 8-14 business days everywhere else.
How do I track my order?
Check your email for a tracking code after we process your order. Type your tracking code on our Track Order page.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes.
What happens when a collectible is sold out?
Youtooz releases 1 drop of each collectible in limited quantities. After they sell out they will never be made again.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Our collectibles are made in limited quantities, so we may not have extra stock if you run into an issue. Because of this, Youtooz cannot guarantee that can item will be replaced. We do not allow refunds or exchanges unless:
  1. You receive the incorrect item.
  2. Your item gets damaged during shipping. 
How can I pay?
We accept Paypal and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
    Where do I type my discount code?
    Type a discount code after you add an item to your cart during checkout. 
    Can I combine discount codes?
    Only one discount code per order.
    What is the store currency?
    United States Dollar (USD). 
    Will I get charged customs fees on my shipment?
    No. If you do, contact us with a photo of the customs receipt and we will reimburse you. 
    I ordered to the wrong address, can I change my shipment address?
    Email support@youtooz.com with your Order ID, Name and Address where you want us to reroute your shipment. We will do our best to accommodate this, however are not able to give you any guarantees.
