Sitting at 9 inches tall and holding a Berry Ticket in his right hand with a sly smile and a raised eyebrow above his half lidded eyes, his bright blue frozen custard head sweeps out to the side in three points of hair as an errant cowlick flicks up from the other side. With red swirling cheeks and thick drips hanging beside the collar of his yellow and orange short sleeved shirt, a bright red tie sits at the center of his chest and hangs down over his brown pants as his black shoes are kicked forward.
