The protective sleeve is a depiction of the first episode where there is a big hole being dug underground along with construction. About Parks and Recreation
Parks and Recreation is an NBC sitcom that was created by Greg Daniels and Michael Schur which first aired in 2009. It follows the daily lives of the people working for the Pawnee Parks and Recreation department of the local government. The show aired for 7 seasons and had its final season air in 2015.
