With cosmic power at his fingertips, the Regent sits regally in an ornate stone throne upheld by his loyal Minions. He bears an aloof expression, legs crossed, dressed in brown pants, gold, hoof-like shoes, a blue, high-collared blouse, and golden, chained pauldrons. His arms rest casually on the arms of the throne, his orange, star-shaped head leaning upon one hand.
